I personally have had a struggle enjoying my own yoga path. Yoga means “union” in Sanskrit, and I have always felt anything BUT unified with anything during my Yoga practices. Teaching Aerial Yoga had not been my passion in years past and it hasn’t been until the last handful of months that I have come to seek Yoga to “find” myself on the mat, as well as in the air. Through the mindful movement, continuous flow of conscious breathing WITH my movement... i realized I was starting to “get it.” It’s not about doing the moves perfectly but the effort of mindful practice, of unifying my mind and body together that I found the meaning behind what I was missing. I’ve decided to stop trying to be perfect and start doing more yoga.
Here are some new yoga classes coming your way at La Luna 💜🙏🏼🧘🏻♀️🌈
Join me, Angie Crews on Mondays and Wednesdays at noon for aerial yoga. Donna Brady will teach on Thursdays at Noon. Register online through the website and text or email if you have trouble!
