We are SO excited to be able to offer such exciting modalities for fitness! All of the classes at La Luna challenge the body and mind, offering continuous opportunities to tackle set one's sights on new goals. We are a pole and aerial dance-fitness studio, offering classes to beginners (having no experience or dance/gymnastics background) to advanced students. Our classes are designed to enable beginners to learn pole and aerials without needing to bring tremendous "stock strength" before success if achieved. There is so much fun and tricks to create through all levels of progression. It is our focus to teach safe techniques for ALL levels, enabling everyone to have fun and leave feeling accomplished.
Our aerials classes are at a low height, never reaching higher than 10' off the lowest body part from the floor. Our aerial classes are primarily taught with the apparatuses between waist and shoulder height. Pole classes do not require high climbs if that is not a student's personal goal. All of our apparatuses are able to be tailored to your ability level and incoorporate specific conditioning exercises to enable each person to gain they required strength to progress to more advanced possibilites.
